Coaching Terms and Conditions

These Coaching Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms and conditions for coaches who register on our website ("Website"). By registering as a coaching service provider, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment:

a. Coaches must provide their mobile WhatsApp number, email address, and physical address during the registration process on our Website.
b. Upon completing the registration, coaches are required to make a non-refundable payment of 999 INR.
c. After the payment is made, coaches can initiate contact with the admin by using the provided mobile WhatsApp number (+91 8078665389) or email address (free.testseries2@gmail.com) for further communication and assistance.

2. Approval of Coaching Registration:

a. The admin reserves the right to approve or reject coaching registrations based on our internal evaluation criteria.
b. Once the registration is approved, coaches will gain access to additional features and functionalities on the Website, including practice materials, sliders, classes, and the ability to publish blog posts.

3. Earning Potential:

a. Coaches have the opportunity to earn money through our Website, with a maximum earning potential of 5,000 INR.
b. If a registered coaching service earns more than 5,000 INR, the coach is required to pay a commission of 30% of their total earnings to the Website owner.
c. In the event that a coach fails to earn 5,000 INR in the first month, they will be required to make a payment of 999 INR in the following month to continue their subscription and access the Website's features.

4. Termination of Registration:

a. If a coach consistently fails to earn more than 5,000 INR for three consecutive months, their registration and all associated data will be terminated by the admin.
b. Coaches whose registrations have been terminated will lose all rights and privileges on the Website and will not be able to make any further requests or access any features.

5. Copyright and Disputes:

a. Coaches are strictly prohibited from using any copyrighted material without proper authorization. This includes electronic, mechanical, photocopying, or sharing of copyrighted content.
b. Any disputes arising from the coaching services provided on our Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

By registering as a coaching service provider on our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your registration and associated privileges.
